The Week Before... or 2

Help reduce stress by starting early!

Exterior

Pull weeds and freshen flower beds, add fresh mulch
Clean pool and put away pool toys and clutter
Wash windows and windowsills
Pressure wash walkways, patios, driveways and decks

INTERIOR

Remove clutter in all rooms
Replace non-functioning light bulbs
Daylight bulbs make great light for photos if desired
Deep-clean your home including window and doors
Don't forget the ceiling fans
Clean carpets if necessary

Before Your Scheduled Appointment

Let's rock this!

kitchen / dining room

Dust and wipe down all counter tops
Remove large appliances/toaster oven/ air fryer etc.,
Remove items from countertops
Remove sink rags, soap bottles, dish racks etc.
Remove magnets etc., from refrigerator and clear top
Hide trash cans and doggie/kitty bowls
Fresh flowers can be a nice touch
Add a centerpiece to the table / remove salt pepper etc.
Hide kitchen mat/rugs. Let's showcase that beautiful floor!

All Rooms/bedrooms

Open curtains and turn blinds horizontally
Sweep. mop. vacuum floors
Turn off ceiling fans before appt.
Hide unsightly cords
Turn off TV and hide remotes
Hide pet beds/ toys
Turn on all lights and lamps
Make beds
Tidy closets if they will be photographed

bathrooms

Remove all personal items ( soaps, toothpaste, makeup)
Remove all items from tub/shower (Shampoos, razors )
Hide trash cans and close toilet lids
Refill toilet paper
Hang clean matching towels or remove
Remove bathroom rugs

outdoors

PLEASE PICK UP ALL DOG POO
Remove cars from driveway and park away from window view prior to appointment
Remove garbage cans from view
Remove pool cleaners and toys
Put out your patio cushions
Put away hoses and sprinklers, children's toys and pet toys
Sweep up leaves
Mow lawn
Please put pets away prior to appointment
